Finally, the moment has arrived: we will now announce the Editors’ Choice winners for the IU Flash Fiction challenges from April, May, and June 2019.
As you know, each week, the public gets to choose the Readers’ Choice winning entry by popular vote and the author is rewarded with a special feature on Saturdays. In the case of the Editors’ Choice winners, they garner a coveted spot in the first ever fourth Indies Unlimited Flash Fiction Editors’ Choice Anthology. You don’t remember any of this? Well, you can refresh your memory by reading our rules.) Without further ado, here are the winning authors:

If you see your name above, please drop us a line so we can get your information for the anthology!
And yes, you’re right, there are some weeks missing. No winners were chosen for those weeks. The editors want really top-notch stuff for the anthologies, so don’t forget to proofread and polish your entry, and make sure it is an actual story and not just a scene. Also, please make sure it has something to do with the picture. Lynne Cantwell wrote some tips on how to write good flash fiction here.
Again, congratulations to the authors above. Give us your best stuff, people – we want to see your names up there next time.
Congratulations, winners!
