If I read the terms correctly, you might want to think twice before entering this contest. In order to enter, you have to agree to give away your book royalty-free forever to any library that signs up through the Library Journal Biblio Board. I emphasize, this condition doesn’t just apply to the winner. Everybody who enters the contest is agreeing to give away their book for free through the public library system in their state, perpetually. In fact, the computerized entry form forces you to check the box agreeing to this before you submit. This isn’t something to take lightly. I’m going to pause to think about this a while.
