Mediterranean beef dishes are delicious and healthy and I love cooking and eating them. I wanted to share them so people could discover some new and interesting recipes that are really easy to follow and prepare.
What was the hardest part of this book to write/research?
The hardest part to write this book was to stay away from the kitchen and actually write instead of cook and try out the recipes all the time.
Does your book have any underlying theme, message, or moral?
Yes! Healthy eating is really that simple – just choose leaner cuts of meat and prepare it at home with some healthy oils and lots of vegetables, legumes, low fat cheese, nuts, herbs and spice.
